A&a Resources, founded in 2005 and located in Warrior, Alabama, is now a fully integrated member of the Purvis Industries family. Specializing in industrial maintenance, repair, & operations (MRO) replacement parts, A&a Resources has earned its reputation distributing bearings; wire, cable & fiber optics; mechanical industrial automation; electrical replacement parts; and other industry supply products.
Serving key sectors such as mining, aggregate, power generation, metals, textiles, and material handling, A&a Resources distinguishes itself through hands-on customer service, deep technical know-how, and an ability to deliver value-added, technology-based solutions. Their team—14 employees with over 200 years of combined experience—has developed strong vendor relationships and broad product expertise that complement Purvis’ capabilities.
What Customers Can Expect Going Forward
As part of Purvis Industries, all of A&a Resources’ existing product lines remain available, including bearings; wire, cable & fiber optics; electrical replacement parts; mechanical automation components; and standard industrial supplies. They will continue to operate from the Warrior location and retain their focus on local responsiveness and expertise.
On top of that, customers will gain access to Purvis’ expanded product portfolio—including power transmission & motion control, fluid power, conveyor belting, automation systems, and electrical equipment—plus enhanced technical support, broader vendor access, and improved logistics.
