DESCRIPTION
Cylindrical Roller Bearing have rollers which are essentially cylindrical in shape. This provides a modified line contact with the cylindrical inner and outer ring raceways, while the rollers are guided by ground ribs on either the inner or outer ring. The cylindrical shape allows the inner ring to have axial movement relative to the outer ring (except the NH type). This is especially important when accommodating thermal expansion when both rings must be press fitted. In this series, the NJ, NF and NH types can carry light or intermittent thrust loads. The NN3000 and NN3000K series are available in high precision tolerances and are well suited for use in machine tool spindles.
NTN Cylindrical Roller Bearing, Series: NJ2, 75 mm Bore Dia, 130 mm Outside Dia, 1 Row, 25 mm W, Open Closure, 111000 N, Hardened Alloy Steel Bearing, Pressed Steel Cage, 5100 rpm Grease/6000 rpm Oil Maximum, -40 to 120 deg C Cylindrical Roller Bearing NJ CONFIGURATION Cylindrical Roller Bearings utilize a modified cylindrical roller that provides line contact with the inner and outer ring raceways. They are suitable for high speeds and have a high radial load capacity. The rollers are guided by ribs on either the inner or outer rings. Depending upon the configuration, the bearings may or may not be able to accept any axial loading. The inner and outer rings are separable which may aid in assembly/disassembly of components. The NJ Type bearings has shoulders on both sides of the outer ring and one shoulder on the inner ring. This allows the bearing to accept light axial loads in one direction. Some sizes may be available in a high capacity design (EG) that has larger diameter rollers and a polyamine cage. Stamped steel or machined brass (MY) cages are generally used. These bearings are most commonly used in gearboxes, rolling mills, crushers and pulverizers.
