McKissick 419 3" Snatch Block w/Swivel Eye and Self-Lubricating Bronze Bushing, 5/16 - 3/8" Wireline, 2t Capacity
McKissick snatch blocks are used in a variety of lifting and pulling applications across many industries including construction, energy, towing, and marine environments. The many features of the 419 snatch block make it a workhorse for rigging. Shackles, swivel tees and yokes are forged. Sheaves on the 419 McKissick snatch blocks are rated for dual wireline sizes and can be furnished with bronze bushings (with pressure lubrication for slow line speeds and more frequent use at greater loads) or roller bearings (for faster line speeds and more frequent use at greater loads). The opening feature permits easy insertion of the rope while the block is suspended from a gin-pole, and 3” through 18” blocks have an exclusive bolt-retaining spring to assure no lost bolts. Blocks are fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1-1/2 times the Working Load Limit, and sizes 4-1/2” and larger are RFID EQUIPPED. 419 series snatch blocks meet or exceed all requirements of ASME B30.26 including identification, ductility, design factor, proof load and temperature requirements. Importantly, these blocks meet other critical performance requirements including fatigue life and material traceability, not addressed by ASME B30.26. Made in the USA.
