Strategic Acquisition Enhances Purvis Industries' Industrial Solutions Portfolio

[Dallas, TX, March 3, 2025] – Purvis Industries is pleased to announce that effective March 3, 2025, it has successfully acquired all assets, brand rights, personnel, and intellectual property of A & A Resources, Inc., a respected distributor of industrial maintenance, repair, and operational replacement parts based in Warrior, Alabama. This strategic acquisition enhances Purvis Industries' footprint and strengthens its offerings in key markets across the region.

 

A & A Resources specializes in distributing bearings, wire, cable, fiber optics, mechanical industrial automation, and electrical replacement parts. Their primary goal is to provide customers with value-added, technology-based solutions. The company focuses on serving industries such as mining, aggregate, power generation, metals, textiles, and material handling, delivering innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. Established in 2005, A & A Resources has grown into a viable, female-owned, independent alternative to national chains in their market area. With 14 employees boasting over 200 years of combined experience, they have built long-term customer relationships and strong vendor partnerships, ensuring a successful future.
