Purvis Industries is a family-owned business that has been a leader in the industrial distribution market for over 77-years. From the beginning, Purvis was founded on service. As we continue to grow, we remain steadfast in our commitment to doing business the old-fashioned way: sell quality, top-tier manufacturers, know the products and the application challenges the products solve and have the product available on local shelves.
Part of our commitment to being product knowledge experts is training our employees in the items and brands we sell. Our Sales and Solutions Management Training Program (SSMTP) is a six-month course designed for recent college graduates looking to enter the engineering, manufacturing, and conveyor industries. Successful completion of the program culminates in an Account Manager position at one of our 72 branch locations, located across 16 states.
Applicants should have one of the following:
Applicants must be able to complete the six-month training in person at our Fort Worth location. Job locations vary after the completion of the program (see Job Placement below).
